With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eugene McKay Wright of Elizabethtown, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Drusilla Melvin Wright; his children, Keith Willis, Jannie K. Wright, Ashley Wright Smith, Sharonda Wright, Yateisha Wright and Bobby K. Wright; his siblings, Sarah Wright, Mary Witchet, Barbara Wright, Bonnie Wright, Laura Graham and Stacy Wright; and his aunt Rebecca Lacewell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Homegoing celebration will be held 11:00am Thursday, October 10, 2024 at Foundation Church 909 South Poplar Street Elizabethtown, NC 28337.
