She was predeceased by: her parents, Daisy Bennett Gooden and Dewitt Talmage Gooden; her siblings, Dewitt Gooden Jr., Bennett Gooden and Christine Suggs; and her nephew Richard "Dicky" Glenn.
She is survived by: her husband Fletcher Kemp.
