He is survived by: his wife Joyce Randolph Cashwell; his siblings, Ann Cashwell and Freddie Cashwell; his son George Cashwell; and his grandsons, Wade Hicks and Aaron Hicks. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Open Door Ministries (2704 E Broad St, Elizabethtown, NC 28337). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
