She was predeceased by: her parents, Thaddeus Manley Smith, Sr. and Virginia Dyson Smith; her husband Fred Blake Watkins; her son Fred Blake Watkins, Jr.; her siblings, Melva Juanita Smith, Margaret Smith Gappins, Thad M. Smith, Jr. and Robert Brooks Smith; and her cousin Mable Smith Jones.
She is survived by: her son Glenn Mark Watkins (Patricia); and her grandchildren, Trista Glyn Watkins, Thad Blake Watkins and Tyler Mark Watkins.
