He is survived by: his children, Donnie Mathis of Greensboro, NC, Rodney Mathis of Elizabethtown, NC, Ryan Mathis of Rochester, Catina Perkins of Elizabethtown, NC, Alexandria McKoy of Elizabethtown, NC and Kieasha McKoy of Queen; and his sisters, Deborah McKoy of Elizabethtown, NC and Teresa McKoy of Elizabethtown, NC. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
