She is survived by: her husband Julius Rackley; her children, Tina Rackley of Kernersville, NC, Julius Rackley Jr. of Elizabethtown, NC and Marcus Rackley (Kathy) of Moncks Corner, SC; her siblings, Betty L. Mitchell of Chadbourn, NC, Donna Hall of Elizabethtown, NC, Barbara S. Seiber of Maybank, TX, Ada Lee Grant of Caney, OK, Roger D. Mitchell (Diana) of Chadbourn, NC, David Mitchell of Elizabethtown, NC, Tony Mitchell of Carthage, NC and Jimmy Mitchell (Doris) of Granbury, TX; and her grandchildren, Breonna Lee, Annie Pearl Lee and Nathan Lee. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
