It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delilah Billups of Elizabethtown, North Carolina, who passed away on February 15, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Prentice Revels and Magalene Revels of Fayetteville; her husband William "Bo" Billups; her son Randy White of Fayetteville; her stepson Eric Phillips of Columbia, SC; her daughter Brandi Douglas of Mt. Olive; her stepdaughters, Caroline Coates (Braxton) of Charleston, SC and Hillary Causey of Supply; and her siblings, Rudolph Revels of Fayetteville, Sheila Groves (Kenneth) of Fayetteville and Veola Wilson of Fayetteville.
