It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Yandle of Elizabethtown, North Carolina, born in Clarkton, North Carolina, who passed away on January 19, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Clifford Yandle and Frances McKeithan Yandle; and his siblings, Raymond Clifford Jr. and Lisley Allen. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Yandle Raynor of Raleigh, David Franklin Yandle Jr. of Burlington and Timothy Gene Yandle of Fayetteville; his granddaughter Berkleigh Allen (Richard) of Elizabethtown; his sister Jean Morgan of Elizabethtown; his great grandchild Lawrence Creed Allen; and his close friend Becky Ennis of Oak Island. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
