He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Melvin of Fayetteville, NC and Shenell Melvin of Fayetteville, NC; and his siblings, Maggie Lewis of Elizabethtown, NC, Sarah Singletary of Elizabethtown, NC, Ethel Evans of Bladenboro, NC, Sherry Lewis of Elizabethtown, NC, James Lewis of Elizabethtown, NC, Edward Lewis of Temple Hill, MD, Arthur Lewis of Temple Hill, MD and Carl Lewis of Ft. Washington, MD. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
