He was predeceased by: his father Claude Terry Parnell Sr.; and his son David Parnell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Harris Parnell; his son Terry Parnell (Carol) of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Adena, Austin, Abby and Cheryl; and his close friends, Bushy Head and Billy. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
