She was predeceased by: her parents, George Clayton Johnson and Carrie V. Johnson; her husband Finley Smith Bryan; and her sister Helen Johnson Brown. She is survived by: her children, Chuck Bryan (Ellen) of Elizabethtown, Elizabeth J. Bryan (Norman LaBrie) of Rhode Island and Finley Anne Bryan of Fayetteville; and her sister Dorcas "Dot" Johnson of Lumberton. She is also survived by four step grandchildren and five step great grandchildren.
