He is survived by: his wife Faye Price Gunter; his children, Bill S. Gunter (Sherry) of Elizabethtown and Crystal Gunter (Sarah) of Maxton; his siblings, Jerry Gunter (Norma) of South Carolina, Nancy Gunter Smith (Robert) of Mooresville and Judy Gunter Horne (Wayne) of Lumberton; his granddaughters, Hillary Gunter Green (Lee) of Evergreen, Alley Rich (Blake) of Elizabethtown and Kacy Gunter of Elizabethtown; his great grandchildren, Gracin, Sawyer and Landon; and his pet Penny.
