He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Cordle Talley; his children, Heather Wynn Talley (Ian Perkins), Joe Talley (Tanya) and Jason "JT" Talley (Megan); and his grandchildren, Luke Perkins, Emily Talley, London Mark Perkins, Anna Talley, Truman Talley and Van Talley.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 4:00 PM.
