Edwards of Durham, NC; his mother-in-law Madeline Clark; his siblings, Curtis Lee Dance, Sr. (Regina) of California, William E. Dance (Barbara) of Elizabeth City, NC, Sammie L. Dance (Naresa) of Elizabeth City, NC, Gloria A. Dance of Elizabeth City, NC, Annette Dance of Elizabeth City, NC and Linda Dance of Elizabeth City, NC; his stepsiblings, Joann Foreman, Allen Foreman, Ersell Franklin, Clinton Franklin, Millie Franklin, Christine Franklin and Kelly Franklin; and his in-laws, Rev. Doris Gramby, Joann Cowell, Eartha Henderson (Mike), Dora Vanbrackle, Ora Clark, Betty Buchanan and Charles Clark. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
