He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Finley and Nora Barrett Finley. He is survived by: his wife Janice Presson Finley; his children, Mary Elizabeth Dozier (Gregg) of Virginia Beach, VA and Jack Finley (Jenny) of Giessen, Germany; his siblings, Caroline Wishmeyer and Harry Finley (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Nora Elaine Brooks, Marc David Finley of Germany and Robert Eugene Dozier.
