He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Vester Pipkin and Annie Rogerson Pipkin; his grandson Hunter Whit Pipkin; and his siblings, Margaret Pipkin Sawyer, Clarine Pipkin Pastorius, Lorene Pipkin Walters, David Pipkin and Joseph Pipkin.
He is survived by: his wife Ella Onley Pipkin; his children, Debbie Pipkin Foster (Stacy), Judy Pipkin Harris (Dwayne), Paul Pipkin (Lisa), Rocky Pipkin (Jennifer) and Jason Pipkin (Charlene); his grandchildren, Kiley Gregory (Sarah), Kristina Marie Cartwright (Joe), Kris Pipkin, Kara Pipkin Collins (Aaron), Keifer Nowell, Caden Pipkin and Trot Pipkin; and his brothers, Nathan "Pete" Pipkin (Darlene) and Henry Pipkin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
