He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Bert and Mabel Walker Chapman; his wife Roberta; and his siblings, Ruth Saillard (Marvin), Samuel Chapman Jr., Shirley Darling (Duane), William Chapman (Alice), Ronald Chapman (Shirley) and Douglas Chapman.
He is survived by: his children, Marshall E. Chapman Jr., Randolph M. Chapman (Lauren), Charlene M. Cain (Daniel), Daniel M. Chapman, Samuel M. Chapman and Billie C. Schmidt (Anthony); his brother Wayne Chapman (Vicky); his sister-in-law Linda Chapman (Douglas); and his grandchildren, Allen (Jessica), Bailey, Mackenzie, John, Paul (Maya), George, Shannon (Tyler), Timothy, Joseph, Courtney, Angela (Tyler), Kayla, Tristin, Chasity (James) and Starr.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
