She is survived by: her husband John Anthony Pokorny; her children, Jeffrey John, MD (Anne) and Jody Lynn (Ross); and her grandchildren, John Russell, Christopher Thomas, Caden John Pokorny, Charles Anthony and Jillian Laurel Farro.
In death, Marilyn donated some of her organs to Miracles In Sight and Honor Bridge.
