Oscar Butts, Jr. of Camden, NC, Chester Butts of Elizabeth City, NC, Victor Banks Butts of Camden, NC and Arnold Mercer of Wappingering, NY; and her brothers-in-law, Howard Freeman of Baltimore, MD and Rev. McKinley Freeman (Carolyn) of East Orange, NJ. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
