He is survived by: his son Thomas Salisbury (Amy); his grandchildren, Brandon, Xavier, Haylie, Jemma, Jason Shrader (Lauren) and Hollis; his aunt Carolyn Davis; and his parents, Patricia Godwin and Ernest Shrader.
