He was predeceased by: his parents, Caleb Carmel Hooker and Evelyn Sanders Hooker; and his wife Patricia Terrell Hooker. He is survived by: his son Brian M. Hooker (Monique); his granddaughter Elizabeth Jane Patricia Hooker; and his siblings, Kay H. Pendleton and Robert Carl Hooker (Ellen).
