He is survived by: his wife Celeste Royer Taylor of Elzabeth City, NC; his children, Michael Taylor (Angel) of Boca Raton, Jonathan Taylor (Charmel) of Atlanta, Alrese Holmes (LuCretia) of Elizabeth City, NC, Alisha Smith of Portland Oregon, Charae Etheridge (Ricky) of Elizabeth City, NC and Telisha Carenas (Justin) of Kopolei, Hawaii; his siblings, Deborah Spence of Parkville, Carrie Taylor of Joppa, Jonola Rountree (Gertie) of Camden, NC, Pamela McLean (James) of Elizabeth City, Apostle Gwayland McClenney (Vanessa) of Winfall, NC, Henry Chapman (Shirley) of Elizabeth City, NC, Elder Brian Taylor (Leveda) of High Point, NC and Kenneth Taylor of Hopkins; his sisters-in-law, Ozzie Taylor of Hopkins, SC, Cheryl Morrison, Wynette Griffin of Elizabeth City, NC, Charlene Royer (Gloria) of Winston Salem, NC and Charmaine Royer of Houston, Texas; and his aunt Bernice Cowell of Elizabeth City, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
