Hoffler of Fayetteville, NC and Joyce; his nephew Alvin S. Johnson; his parents, Steve Felton, Sr. and Helen R. Felton; his daughter Sharlene M. Felton; and his brothers, Steve Felton, Jr. and Richard B. Felton.
Viewing was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Memorial Missionary Baptist Church (704 Cardwell St, Elizabeth City, NC 27909). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
