He is survived by: his children, Stephen Isaac Harris (Robin) of Elizabeth City, NC, Sandra Nixon (Steve) of Chesapeake, VA and Toni Cox (David) of Raleigh, NC; and his grandsons, Andrew Cox (Kara), Ben Cox (Kaylie), Dr. Robert Harris and Nathaniel Harris.
