He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Chambers and Elizabeth Meads Chambers; and his brothers, Carlton Thomas Chambers and Aubrey Carroll Chambers. He is survived by: his wife Ann Sharber Chambers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donation be made in Harold's memory to Weeksville Lions Club, 2760 Peartree Road, Elizabeth City, NC 27909.
