She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Tiller and Harriett Ketterman Tiller; and her husband Harvey Perry. She is survived by: her children, Donna Aponte of Elizabeth City, NC, Dwayne A. Perry of Virginia Beach, VA and Clyde A. Perry (Loretta) of Danville, CA.; her grandchildren, Dakota Jones of Kirra Jones, M. J, Aponte, Jessica Lindsey, Brandon Perry, Kristina Evans, Sierrah Perry and Ava Perry; and her great grandchildren, Reece Lindsey, Ariel Lindsey and Natasha Perry.
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Twiford Funeral Homes (405 E Church St, Elizabeth City, NC 27907).
