With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria Fay Manning (Elizabeth City, North Carolina), who passed away on January 18, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Paul Jones and Elizabeth "Lemon" Ownley Jones. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Manning; her sons, Ricky Manning (Sherrie) of Camden, NC and Brandon Manning (Amber) of Hertford, NC; and her granddaughter Shelby Manning. She is also survived by family and friends.
