She is survived by: her daughter Karen Repine; her brother Leary Franklin Swain, Jr.; her granddaughter Sarah Coley (Steven); and her great grandchildren, Julia, Joseph, Jeffrey and James Coley.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Emmanuel Baptist Church (109 Chadburn Ave, Elizabeth City, NC 27909).
