He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel "Roy" Scarborough, Sr. and Kathy West Scarborough; and his brother David "Tiger" Wayne Scarborough. He is survived by: his daughter Kelly East (Heather East); and his siblings, Tommy Scarborough (Carol) and Becky Alberts (Steve).
