A memorial service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Twiford Funeral Homes (405 E Church St, Elizabeth City, NC 27907). A reception was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
