She was predeceased by: her grandmothers, Maryann Foley McGuire and Rhoda Midgett DeHart; her significant other William Kenny Spencer; and her grandfather William Elliott of Elizabeth City. She is survived by: her parents, Donald Allen Elliott and Dianna Arelene Mann Banks; her children, Baylee Ann Spencer of Elizabeth City, Kennly May Spencer of Elizabeth City, Waylon Kenny Spencer of Elizabeth City and Willem Jaxyn Spencer of Elizabeth City; and her siblings, Krystina Elliott of Hertford, Amber Banks of Brewton, AL, Chelsea Shannon of Brewton, AL and Justin Elliott of Currituck.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family to assist with the care of Brittney's children.
