He is survived by: his children, Dr. Theresa Hartsell of Elizabeth City, NC, Barb Fraley (Chris) of Hawaii and Will Hartsell (Joy) of West Virginia; his grandchildren, Conner Hartsell, Austin Dysinger and Amber Hanshew (Zak); his great grandchildren, August, Xavier, Aubrey and Ella; his brothers, Richard Hartsell and Gene Hartsell (Linda); and his former spouse MaryLu Hartsell.
