She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Bundy and Fletcher Bundy; her husband Ernest Cooper; and her siblings, Shirley Mae Payton and Bobby Bundy.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Lynn Cooper of Elizabeth City, NC and Stephen Cooper (Carol) of Hertford, NC; her brother-in-law Lee Payton of Brandon, MS; and her niece Joyce Moak (Henry) of Washington, DC.. She is also survived by two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
