It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore Lee Ball (Efland, North Carolina), who passed away on September 6, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Ball and Nevada Ball; and his stepbrothers, Harold Cartwright, Raymond Cartwright and Charles Cartwright.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Snook Ball (Sandy); his children, Ty Ball (Kristi) of Astoria, OR and Valerie Gay (Ball) of Lacey, WA; his stepsister Ellen Cartwright Layne of Gallipolis, OH; his sister Carolyn Ball Newman of Oak Hill, OH.; his grandchildren, Sarah of Rushville, OH, Rachel, Ian Ball of Astoria, OR, Emilie Gay of Wilmington, NC, Micah Gay, Ana Gay of Snow Camp, NC and Sierra Collins of Lacey, WA; and also, Velvet Collins (Ball) of Lacey, WA and Keith Collins of Lacey, WA.
