He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph "Donnie" Capps and Georgene Anthony Capps of Princeton; his grandparents, Neil Anthony, Joe and Kathlene Capps; his children, Cullin Capps, Raylon Capps, Conner Capps and Caroline Capps; his brothers, Kevin Capps (Beth) and Heath Capps (Melissa); and his grandmother Dixie Anthony (Brandy Lane). He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Parrish Funeral Home Chapel (1351 S Pollock St, Selma, NC 27576). A memorial service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
