She was predeceased by: her husband Charlie Poole; her sons, Rick Poole and Bruce Poole; her siblings, Jessie Ray and Bobby Nichols; and her parents, Robert B. Nichols, Sr. and Carrie M. Nichols.
She is survived by: her daughter Pam Walden; her granddaughter Stephanie Nieman (Jeff); her great grandchildren, Burke and Larkin; and her caregivers, Janie R., Janie C., Amy and Josephine. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
