He was predeceased by: his parent Clifford Rubin Sykes Sr.; and his nephew Donald Gray Pennington. He is survived by: his parent Martha Jane Sykes; his sister Mary Jane "Janie" Glasgow (Marvis); his uncle Jesse Crabtree (Alice); and his nieces and nephews, Edna Scarlett (Robert), Tammy Pennington (Brian), Tonya Spruill (Dave), Eddie Glasgow (Erica), Marshal Glasgow (Katie) and Marty Glasgow. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and 3 great-great nieces and nephews; numerous cousins, family and friends.
