He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay Franklin and Joy Belle Cecil; and his daughter Jamie Bowman. He is survived by: his wife Florence W. Cecil; and his children, Lorinda Cecil, Billy Cecil (Jill), Sherry Cecil, Robert Cecil (Danielle) and Amanda Gray (Bobby). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 4 sisters, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to give back to the community, accepting donations to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Donor Services.
