He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur H. Apple and Mildred Phillips Apple; his wife Denise Owens Apple; and his brother Donald Apple. He is survived by: his sons, Roger D. Apple (Elizabeth), Jerry Apple (Melissa), Michael Apple (Victoria) and Donald Apple (Ellen); his grandchildren, Randy, Evans, Kahlynne, Natalee, Finley, Tucker and Colt; his great grandchildren, Dayton, Jonathan and Lee; and his siblings, Peggy Spence, Marvin, Larry and Mike Apple. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
