She was predeceased by: her parents, George Houston and Rodenia Barnecastle Hoggard; her husband Edward Darden Hoggard; and her siblings, Kelly, Woody, Jim Allen, Bob Hoggard, Lille Mae Whitaker, Florence Hampton, Margaret Saleeby and Sadie Castellow.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra H. Curry of Winterville, NC, Charlotte H. Wallace (Jimmy) of Wintervile, NC and Steve Hoggard (Judy) of Windsor; her sister Hetty Hargrave of Hampton, VA; and her grandsons, Riley Edward and Noah Matthew Hoggard of Windsor.
