He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia Holland; his son John Edward Holland, III; his parents, John Edward Holland, Sr. and Dorothy Farrow Holland; his stepchildren, Tammie Stevens and Marion Michael Mixon (Robin); his stepgrandchildren, Ray Stevens Jr. (Leah), Brandon Stevens, Michael Mixon (Stacy) and Michele Hendrix (Kyle); and his sister Dottie Williams. He was also cherished by eight step-great grandchildren.
