She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Lance Proctor; and her brother Kenny Panciocco. She is survived by: her sons, Lance Eliard Proctor of Rocky Mount, Daniel Thomas Proctor of Rocky Mount and Derek Roan Proctor (Cheryl Davis) of Lake Lure; and her grandchildren, Kelley Marie Williams (Mikey), Hallie Blythe Proctor and Chase Ethan Proctor.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the family is requesting the need for social distancing and wearing of masks due to health concerns faced around our nation at this time.
