He is survived by: his spouse Lou Ann Robinson Waters; his children, Robin V. Waters of Edneyville, Lewis S. Waters, Jr. of Hendersonville, Franklin E. Waters (Rhonda) of Brevard, Pamela D. Waters of Edneyville and Sherry L. Waters of Hendersonville; and his siblings, Edith Howard, Cleo Waters, Jr. (Velma) of Edneyville and Leroy Waters (Angela) of Charlotte. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
