With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Boyd Frank Lyda (Edneyville, North Carolina), born in Hendersonville, North Carolina, who passed away on May 14, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Lyda and Pearl Brown Lyda; and his brothers, Thurman, Ray and Ellis Lyda.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Lyda Swiger, Daryl Lyda (Diane) and Jerry Lyda (Anita); his grandchildren, Stacy Griffin, Devon Garnace, Danna Nickels and Tori Lyda; and his sister Doris Lyda Mauldin (Ronald).
