It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Whitt Wehner of Edenton, North Carolina, born in Bluefield, Virginia, who passed away on July 14, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Whitt and Gladys Thompson Whitt of Virginia. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Ann Fields (Ron) of Lincolnton, Kimberly Marie Smith (Andrew) of Charlotte, Gladys Lysitt (Kyle) of Edenton and Charles Edward Mawhinney, III (late Rhonda) of Enterprise, AL. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
