Barber-Brown (Kathleen) of Creedmoor, NC and Eric Terrell Brown of Edenton, NC; her nephew Ky'Majhe'"Debo" Boston; her niece Kayleigh Barber-Brown; her great-nephews, Ci'MeriBoston and Kaleb Metcalf; and her aunts and uncles, Desi A. Cooper (Doris), Samuel L. Cooper, Jr. (Denise), Dennis R. Cooper (Kowanda), Thomas Brown (Cynthia), Roberta C. Simpson and Evangelist Susan H. Whedbee. She is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
