He is survived by: his children, Antonio Lassiter (Ebony) of Raleigh, NC, Jervonte Lassiter of Greenville, NC, Keisha Drew of Edenton, NC, Vestina Lawrence (Craig) of Knightdale, NC, Sharika Ferebee of Knightdale, NC and Nareisha Ferebee of Winterville, NC.; and his siblings, Bessie Riddick (Leon), Alice Bon, David Jackson (Doris), Robert Lassiter (Margaret), Sidney Lassiter (Lois), Daniel Hurdle (Crystal), Tony Lassiter (Jackie), Wendell Perry (Stephanie), Thomas Perry (Lashell) and Frederick Lassiter (Stephanie). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, & nephews.
