It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Normaleen Holmes Belch of Edenton, North Carolina, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman C. Hollowell and Aileen Holloman Hollowell; her former husband Jerry Holmes; her daughter Jennifer Holmes McLean; and her stepson Adam Belch.
She is survived by: her husband Elliott L. "Buddy" Belch, Jr.; and also, Joan "Bambi" Wolcott (Mike) of Marietta, GA and Mandi Belch of Daytona Beach, FL.
