It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Trueblood Hendrix (Edenton, North Carolina), who passed away on March 4, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid adieu to Nancy Trueblood's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Nancy Trueblood has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley "Wes" Trueblood, III and Myrtle Stallings Trueblood; her husband Johnny Mack Hendrix; her daughter Lisa Hendrix Perry (Shane) of Elizabeth City; and her grandchildren, Tony B. Hendrix (Haleigh) and Kayla N. Perry.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jack Trueblood (Doris) of Elizabeth City, Gordon Trueblood of Ottawa, Canada and Elzine Stone of Chesapeake, VA..
