Overton, Jr. of Edenton and Janie Elizabeth "Beth" Gonzalez of San Antonio, TX; his brothers, Charlie Jay Overton, III of Fuquay-Varina, Jimmie Rogers Overton of Raleigh and Robert Neal Overton of Raleigh; and his grandsons, Michael Taylor Overton, Christopher and Ian Gonzalez.
